What we supply:
Everything needed for your guests to create their beautiful abstract painting. Canvases, paint, aprons, music, games, table and floor coverings, instructors and staff
- 2 to 3 hours per event
- Pre Class Ice Breaker and networking games
- Paint Class Session
- Post Class games
- Photo Gallery of pictures taken by our staff of the event will be provided
What you supply: Facility, tables and optional seating
- Pay the Nonrefundable Deposit: We will provide a link to pay your deposit. We accept major credit cards, Venmo, ACH and Cashapp.
- Creation of the event: We will contact you once the deposit has been made and review finalization of the event.
- Remaining payments: Final invoice must be paid 5 days prior to the event.
- To have a private party, there is a minimum of 15 guests.
Modifications and cancellations:
- An event cannot be moved if it is less than two weeks before the event. To modify the date of a private party more than two weeks before the event, call as soon as possible to check for availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If the party is cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe driving conditions, the class will be rescheduled (based on studio availability) without penalty.
Other important stuff:
- Please have guests arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to settle in prior to the class starting (for mingling, putting on aprons, finding a seat, pouring beverages, etc.)
- $150 TENT PARTY RENTAL PACKAGE includes :
- 1 – 10×20 Tent accommodates approximately 16 participants
- 4 Tables (6 /8 ft. tables)
- $100 ADDITIONAL TENT RENTAL
- $25 OUTDOOR FAN RENTAL
